Roberto represents clients in a variety of litigation matters, including commercial disputes in federal and state courts, as well as disputes before international arbitration courts.

Roberto has also assisted on internal investigations involving the False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
