Schiff Hardin Advises Snap-on in Power Hawk Acquisition

Schiff Hardin LLP represented Snap-on Incorporated (NYSE:SNA), a manufacturer and marketer of tools, equipment, diagnostics, repair information and systems solutions, in its acquisition of Power Hawk Technologies for approximately $8 million.

Based in Rockaway, New Jersey, Power Hawk designs, manufactures, and distributes rescue tools and related equipment for military, governmental, and fire, rescue and emergency operations. For more information about the transaction, click here.

This is the fourth acquisition in recent years that Schiff Hardin has handled for Snap-on’s Commercial & Industrial Group to enhance and expand its capabilities in providing solutions that address torque requirements.
