ArentFox Schiff Represents Draper James in Consortium Brand Partners Acquisition
ArentFox Schiff advised Draper James, the fashion and lifestyle brand founded by actress Reese Witherspoon, in its majority-ownership stake acquisition by Consortium Brand Partners (CBP).
The strategic partnership will expand Draper James' product offerings and enhance its global presence. Reese Witherspoon will remain a partner and board member in the business, working closely with CBP to guide its strategic direction and growth. Draper James, founded by Witherspoon in 2015, is a fashion and lifestyle brand offering a diverse range of products through various retail channels.
The AFS team was led by Partner Tal Unrad, and included Richard LaCava, Evgeny Magidenko, Alexandra Romero, Eva Pulliam, Gabriela Palmieri, Nana Darkwa, Sarah Alberstein, and Brian Friederich.
