National Cannabis Festival Policy Pavilion

David’s presentation, titled “Uplifting the Decrim Poverty Movement,” will cover ongoing efforts to decriminalize poverty from a state and federal policy perspective. David and his co-presenters, Queen Adesuyi, Policy Manager for National Affairs at the Drug Policy Alliance, and Tamika Spellman, Policy and Community Engagement Manager at HIPS, will discuss how Marijuana Activists and organizers can uplift, support, and promote the decrim poverty movement.
