Alexis focuses her practice on a variety of corporate and real estate matters.
Alexis started at ArentFox Schiff as a summer associate. While in law school, she worked as a student attorney with the Entrepreneurship Law Clinic at Washington College of Law and as a judicial intern for the Honorable Carlos F. Acosta at the Montgomery County Circuit Court, 6th Judicial Circuit.
Prior to attending law school, Alexis was a paralegal at the Washington, DC office of a multinational law firm where she supported antitrust, product liability, regulatory, and patent matters. While working as a paralegal, she was seconded at the Children’s Law Center, where she assisted with family law matters.

While attending American University Washington College of Law, Alexis served as Senior Note & Comment Editor for the American University International Law Review. Her published articles include:
