ArentFox Schiff Advises Tesla on New Cybertruck
ArentFox Schiff advised multinational automotive and clean energy company Tesla, Inc. on the legal aspects of its highly anticipated launch of the Cybertruck pickup.
“As always, Tesla is moving the needle on innovation and design,” said Chairman Anthony V. Lupo. “I am proud that ArentFox Schiff could help advise Tesla on its latest model and be part of bringing the Cybertruck to the marketplace.”
Made from shiny, bullet-proof stainless steel, the futuristic Cybertruck will be made available in three different models, with a rear-wheel-drive version of the truck to the top-line “Cyberbeast.” The Cybertruck will have a single charge estimated range of 250 to 340 miles.
