Represented DFG Wine Company in a successful trial in the Delaware Court of Chancery concerning whether a member of a limited liability company was entitled to inspect the books and records of the company’s subsidiary. The Court’s decision resulted in a leading post-trial opinion relating to books and records inspection rights of members of Delaware limited liability companies.
