Health Care partner Linda Baumann will speak on a webinar for the American Bar Association Health Law Section entitled “Healthcare Fraud and Compliance Fundamentals:  What You Don’t Know Could be Dangerous” on November 12, 2015. The webinar will provide a broad based introduction to the issues that are essential to companies who do business in the healthcare industry. Since virtually every transaction in the healthcare industry could potentially implicate the fraud and abuse laws, failure to identify and correctly address these issues could have disastrous (civil and criminal) consequences.
