    Arent Fox Counsels Inova Health System in Strategic Naming Rights and Sponsorship Transaction with the Washington Redskins

    Washington, DC — Arent Fox LLP recently served as counsel to Inova Health System advising them on a multi-year naming rights and sponsorship transaction with the National Football League’s Washington Redskins in connection with their training facility and headquarters in Ashburn, Virginia, which is currently known as Redskins Park and will be renamed the “Inova Sports Performance Center at Redskins Park.”
     
    Leading sports attorney Richard L. Brand, who also heads Arent Fox’s Sports practice group and is the managing partner of the San Francisco office represented Inova in this transaction. Arent Fox partner Kimberly A. Wachen advised Inova on real estate related matters.
