Supreme Court Grapples, Once Again, with Redistricting, Reports RealClear Politics
Fifty-one years after the “one person, one vote” decision, the Supreme Court is still hearing redistricting cases. Most recently, the Court addressed two cases, Evenwell v. Abbott and Harris v. Arizona Independent Redistricting Commission earlier this month. Arent Fox partner Thor Hearne argued for Harris before the Court.
