Marylee Jenkins Speaks at ABA Section of Intellectual Property Law's Annual Intellectual Property Law Conference
On April 5th, New York partner and chairperson of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office’s Patent Public Advisory Committee, Marylee Jenkins moderated a panel at the ABA Section of Intellectual Property Law’s 32nd Annual Intellectual Property Law Conference in Arlington, Virginia. The panel focused on “current hot topics” and the latest developments at the USPTO. The speakers included Mark Powell, Deputy Commissioner for International Patent Cooperation, Mark Cohen, USPTO Senior Counsel, China, and Remi Yucel, Assistant Deputy Commissioner for Technology Centers 2100 and 3700. Marylee is also a past Chairperson of the ABA Section of Intellectual Property Law.
